Issues in Mobile Multimedia Development

Mobile/wireless and Multimedia technologies and the ubiquitous delivery of mobile services have so much affected communication and communication preferences. The content and quality of services (QoS), especially multimedia services on wireless/mobile devices leaves a lot to desire. This session focuses on all research (technical and business/management) issues that deals with, and affect multimedia content QoS delivery on such minute and portable mobile devices.
