Special session/Workshop proposal

Proposals for special sessions or workshops are invited from both industry and academia. Proposals should include:

The special session/workshop organiser may use the ICITST-2007 website to call for paper submissions. When a proposal is accepted, the special session/workshop organiser will be informed of the designated web-link. The organiser’s name will appear in the conference program as ‘Special session organiser’. Additionally, each Special Session/Workshop Organiser will receive a honorarium. Papers submitted to the special session must be received by 1 April 2007. A minimum of five papers must be registered and registration fee must be paid by August 2006 in order for this session to be included in the conference program.

The special session organiser will write his/her call for paper and responsible for following:

Author(s) of accepted papers for the special session are required to register and provide full payment before the conference registration deadline.

All final papers must be received by the conference final submission deadline and must adhere to the ICITST-2007 final paper formatting requirements.

The special session organiser will act as chair of the special session/workshop at the conference.
